Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the following day-to-day operations:

• Develop content for employees
• Oversee quality assurance in training
• Design large-scale training programs
• Developing and managing work plans and schedules
• Collaborating with senior management to align goals
• Ensuring successful project delivery through effective planning
