The Function:
In the role of Design program manager, you will make a critical contribution to contributing to the overall success of the team addressing key tasks and responsibilities related to the job ensuring effective and efficient operations, and delivering high-quality results. This position requires both skills and experience, giving you the platform to leverage your knowledge in Rijeka for impactful results. Whether you are working as a Design program manager, collaborating with team members, or heading up initiatives in Rijeka, your contributions will be instrumental in our success.
Principal Tasks:
Innovation & Strategy: Suggest innovative ideas for state-of-the-art solutions and modernizing processes and standards within the role and the organization.
Project Execution and Oversight: Assist with or oversee assigned projects, ensuring projects are completed as scheduled and aligning with project targets and objectives.

Qualifications: A solid expertise in the same field with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Abilities: Proficiency in the key competencies required for the position - Design program manager
Learning Background: A degree in the relevant discipline for Design program manager or similar experience.
